ALLOCATION COMPLIANCE WELL TESTING

LRS Well Testing Units measure pressure, temperature, and flow rates from wellbore fluids and compile all the information into an Excel page read out. The separator measurements can be converted to reservoir fluid volumes based on client-provided compressibility or based on API Chapter 11 corrections.

NEW WELL KICKOFFS

Post drilling activities, LRS Well Testing will be used to bring a new well on production. LRS manages the drilling fluid and any solids by separating them from the production stream and sending them to onside tanks for disposal. This process decreases wear and tear on clients processing equipment.

ACID STIMILATION FLOWBACK

LRS Well Testing supports Client’s needs for quick returns of Acid by providing a setup for Coil to pump acid and LRS to take the return without the delay of rigging up our equipment for time-sensitive acidizing. The acid will be separated from the flowing fluids and taken to onsite tanks. LRS measures the pH of the fluids in our equipment and makes choices of when to divert fluids to/from tanks.

POST RESERVOIR FRACTURING FLOWBACK

LRS will clean up a well’s flowing fluids post Fracturing by separating the returned solids to onsite tanks while keeping the produced gas and liquids flowing down the flowlines. Frac Sand is erosive and removing it from the fluid stream before it gets into the production facilities/equipment will reduce Client’s maintenance costs.

SOLIDS CONTROLS

When wells are producing solids, it can lead to flowline and facility damage. LRS Well Testing is equipped for removing solids while keeping the gas and liquids in the flowline/production system. LRS will send the solids to an onsite tank for disposal.

EXPLORATION WELL TESTING

LRS provides a full package for remote Well Testing services. Power generation, separating and processing equipment for solids removal, gas separation and flare system, and liquid separation to tank storage. LRS provides process fluid heating to ensure the gas and liquid separation process. LRS provides tanker support for removing fluids from the remote locations.
